The membership of the Waterford Boundary Review Committee is as follows:

David O'Connor
David was County Manager of
Fingal County Council
from 2006 until 2013.
An architect by profession, he worked first in private practice and subsequently in local government, gaining the post of Fingal County Architect in 1995, until being appointed to a senior local authority management post in 2003.
Most recently he held the role of Senior Responsible Officer for the Public Service Reform initiative related to Local Government, where he was responsible for the work of the Programme Management Office, established to deliver on Local Government reform. This Office reported jointly to the Chief Executives of Local Authorities and the
Department of the Environment, Community and Local Government
until March 2015.
John Martin
John Martin served as Principal Planning Adviser in the
Department of the Environment, Community and Local Government
from 2002 until his retirement in 2011. In 2012 he became a member of the Dolphin Review Group which advised the Minister for Health on the suitability of various sites proposed for the National Children's Hospital.
He was appointed by the Minister to the National Paediatric Hospital Development Board in 2013; the planning application for the new Children's Hospital at St James's Hospital was submitted to
An Bord Pleanála
in August 2015.
Ollie Killeen
Oliver commenced his local government career with North Tipperary County Council in 1970 and served there for 10 years in a number of sections including town clerk in Templemore.
Oliver joined Limerick County Council in 1981 as a staff officer and took over the Head of Finance position in the late 1980's. He served as Head of Finance with Limerick County Council until his retirement in 2011. During this time with Limerick County Council in addition to his normal duties he served as the Director of
Adare Heritage Trust Ltd.
and Askeaton Pool and Leisure Ltd. Oliver also served for fifteen years on the Evaluation Committee of the Enterprise Board and Chairman of the Limerick Regeneration Audit Committee.
